About Samantha

Samantha Peterson was born in Indiana but raised in Eastern North Carolina. She grew up in Swansboro and after graduating college at UNC-Pembroke she moved to Oklahoma City. After 5 years, she moved back to Carolina with her husband and decided to settle in the Raleigh area. She spent nearly 10 years working in the local news industry producing newscasts on a daily basis. She is a master communicator with an honest heart. Her diligence for fact-finding and helping others serves her well while working with real estate clients.

Amie Simmons Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service, and a commitment to working hard, listening, and following through. She provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

As a wife of a retired military man, mother of 3 kids (set of twin girls) originally from WNY, and licensed REALTOR for more than 20 years in the Triangle, she understands the importance of communication, service and hard work for her clients. She has also served as broker-in-charge to more than 150 agents. She is a top producer in her field!
